The only problem is that after I purchased it, I discovered it had never been repaired, thus not a make-do.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.andrewbaseman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_24261.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4630\" title=\"IMG_2426\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.andrewbaseman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_24261.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blog.andrewbaseman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_24261.jpg 399w, http:\/\/blog.andrewbaseman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_24261-300x228.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The handle and straps are original to the pot and I was fooled! I am sure that the dealer thought it was authentic and did not mean to deceive me. JUNE 27 1876, M.
