It measures 5-1\/2 inches high.<\/p>\n<p>I imagine during an exuberant New Year&#8217;s Eve toast, well\u00a0over 100 years ago,\u00a0the base\u00a0snapped off. Rather than toss out the broken glass,\u00a0a replacement base was\u00a0made.
